Position Overview
F50 Summit is seeking enthusiastic Event Marketing Interns to drive promotion and content for the Manufacturing Summit and Construction Expo. This comprehensive internship runs from mid-July to late October 2025, covering the entire event cycle from planning to execution.
Interns who complete the full duration through the summit will receive a competitive stipend, making this both a valuable learning experience and financially rewarding opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development
Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote the Manufacturing Summit and Construction Expo to industry professionals.
Content Creation
Develop engaging social media content and promotional materials, including flyers, email newsletters, and event signage to build excitement and drive attendance.
Outreach & Engagement
Conduct targeted outreach to potential attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors, while supporting on-site event logistics during the summit itself.
On-Site Experience
Gain valuable hands-on experience during the summit weeks. You'll assist with registration, coordinate with vendors, engage with attendees, and ensure smooth operations throughout the event.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Academic Standing
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, preferably in marketing, communications, business, or related field with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram), content creation tools (Canva, Mailchimp), and a good understanding of popular AI tools.
Communication
